I am a little surprised and disgusted by KF. I watched the 5 hour show from her home Sat and tried to order online, but couldn't remember my user name or password to get on line to order, so I created a different e mail address, did a new user name and password and it worked. Used real name and address and CC number. Now, how cleaver, but it was suppose to be free shipping all day, yet it kept putting the shipping charges in and no promo code to apply. She does not have a friendly online ordering. I didn't order, but called their CS and left a message to such, no one was in. No one called back, so I called back this morning, this is long distance for me, I live in CA., they are in RI. Well, I got Norma, explained was I wrote above and she said sorry, that was for Sat. I said I know, and you know what a good customer I've been at your source, have spoken with you numerous times before, and have ordered a lot at QVC. She said sorry, I will try to get it touch with Jennifer and see what she says. With cell phones and computers, she hasn't reached her yet, three hours ago, I called.

Well, no call back yet and that was hours ago. For 12.95 shipping, they will lose a good customer. I would pay the shipping, but it is now the principal. They should at the very least get back to me. Very poor CS. I really will stop buying from them, no matter how much I like their jewelry. I also will not tell anyone where I got it when I get the compliments, because I have given out their website address a lot.

I want Jennifer to know what bad service, and take the fairy dust and blow it.
