Kenneth Lane Jewelry J276231

Can any one speak to the quality of this jewelry? I am particularly interested in J276231. I love enamel jewelry and recently ordered a Jackie Kennedy piece but had to return it becuase it was too large. I have a tiny wrist.

This bangle comes in average and lg, so I am wondering how the sizing is also.

Any help to these questions would be appreciated.
