I ordered the TSV Bracelet on 7/12. Looked at my order on 7/13 where it gave me an option to change my order to an AD. I did so. I called twice later on to make sure that it was on AD and I was told by TWO CS reps that I was on AD. Fastforward to today. When I checked my Waitlist Bracelet AD it again said that I could convert it to an AD. My item description caption on my order status page never said AD so I called this morning and she said that it was converted this morning by me. I told her I converted it on the 13th and CS said NO there was no converstion on that day but she had today's conversion. SO with this confusion I went to J262295 which is the AD number and placed another order for the TSV Bracelet. One way or the other maybe this will happen. What a ball of confusion. I checked my order status page and it shows up as an AD order in the item description. Go back and make sure by ordering J262295 which is the AD number. I kept both orders to make sure I was covered but then who knows.
