Judith Ripka is so gracious and lovely

This isn't the first time I have noticed it but wanted to say it. Judith Ripka is so gracious with people who call in. I find it really quite striking and such a good example. She seems sincerely interested in and attentive to what people are saying -- and happy that her creations are loved. It makes me feel good about purchasing from her.
