Judith Ripka Chronograph watch-feedback Please

Hi Ladies-

I missed out on getting the gold chronograph as a TSV but want to purchase now. Mainly to go with the Gold rolling necklace and bracelet. The only size available is a Large. Those of you that have the watch in Gold do you think its possible to take links out to the Average size?
