Judith Ripka Charm Bracelet

I have a bracelet that I inherited from my mom. She recently passed away. She loved QVC and from her extensive jewelry collection felt the same about Judith Ripka. The bracelet looks just like her style, but I can't find a signature. I've had some tell me it's Judith and others say no. Does she always sign each and every piece? Thank you for any help you can provide.
