If I remember correctly the Q has a TSV jewelry near to Christmas w/a guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Wonder when it will be?

I know Q used to do that but recall that it's been leftover warehouse stuff the last few years so I don't watch.

I wish they would do more with 14k since the price of gold is down almost 20%. It's still expensive but there are options other than super-cheap-break-the-first-use type and super expensive. Sarrafdotcom has become my go-to (though don't buy much these days) and it's less expensive than Q and other places.

From others posts regarding shipping issues, I'm not sure I would trust it to arrive in time for Christmas, unless it's not needed for a gift.

I was watching the stock market the other day and gold used to be 2,000+ a gram. It was 1,679 at when I was watching. It's not quite 20% but it was a chunk.

Even if gold comes down even more, it shouldn't affect gold jewelry price. It will still be high (you have factor inflation) and new jewelry is always high.

Gold is not like gasoline where the daily barrel price might affect what's at the gas pump that day. Gold is purchased at a certain price and that follows the items produced through the production process to the final price.
