Jewelry Repair

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, not sure where to post.

I bought a Epiphana platinum cald Diamonique 100-facet band ring back in 2010. One of the stones fell out. The product is no longer in stock, and i was wondering if I sent it in for repair would they be able to add a stone? If so what are the steps for it?

Or would there be any local jewelry repair places that would do that.
