Jewelry Clearance...What do you think?

Hi, all...

I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that sometimes QVC will go up on clearance prices. I had a Rivka Friedman necklace (J12951) in my wish list for two weeks, priced at around 42 bucks on 2 flex pays, and now that I am able to get it they went up on the clearance price like over 20 bucks. I was going to purchase both colors too. I just think it's strange to go up on a clearance price. What do you all think?
