To my eye that looks like she stacked two rings together. If it was one ring the shank would need to be incredibly wide and uncomfortable to wear.

@Caffeina   Thanks for the photo.  @Mindy D is correct that ring isn't even similar to the Barbara Bixby vine band.

Designer James Avery makes sterling vine pieces as well.  The puffy texture of Jen's ring definitely makes it a standout.
