I bought that big square Lapis ring Jay had. I had a coupon, so got 10 bucks off, plus 3 easy pays. I'm happy! Love Lapis.

Hibi, Jay's lapis is sort of hit or miss. Sometimes it's very good quality and often not so much. I find that they often pick the best of 2,000 pieces to show on TV, and it's often a far cry from what you actually get. I hope you get a good one; what they showed looked nice. That huge lapis bracelet was TDF.

There were a couple of pieces that I really thought I'd like to have, but decided that I needed to hold my horses and not impulse buy so I managed to keep myself in check - at least for this visit.

It is always fun to watch the shows though - I learn a lot about the different "rocks" that he brings in.

I hope I'm not disappointed. If I am, back it goes!

To the OP: Not to debate the merits of CP vs Jay, but I don't understand discrediting the caller because she has flower tattoos and lived in Hawaii. You may question if she used poor judgment during her call, but why the other characterization?

I thought the post was about the off the wall phone call. It made both Jay and the host feel very uncomfortable. I always wonder if that was the intent of the caller or if the call just unfortunately went off the rails. I did not think the OP meant to start a vendor vs. vendor discussion.

I recognize that you're trying to stir the pot, so I'll just say because I could.

No offense, but JK is the last person you should learn about "rocks" from. His information is based on what it takes to sell, not inform.
