I bought his heart(s) cuff. SS, of course. He's big in the TX. area, but, up where I'm from nobody has heard of

him. LOL

Regional, thing, I guess. You just slip it on underneath your wrist and has a bright silver heart on each end,

Basic, casual, easy on and off.

There's a James Avery jewelry store within a 10-minute drive from my house, but if anyone ever talks about James Avery, the first thing that pops into my mind is actor James Avery, who was well known for "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" but had a long and varied career on the big and small screens.  Smiley Happy

Re: James Avery

[ Edited ]

I used to love James Avery jewelry back when the pieces were substantial.  I have quite a bit, bought at authorized stores and on eBay.

Both my mom and I had a high dome ring for which we paid about $100.  The same ring is now selling for as much as $400. on eBay so its a good investment.  Very flattering on the hand, quite large.  I still wear it.

Where's the picture of your bracelet?

I've had these Avery earrings since the 1980's and still love them.

@SharkE - We lived in Texas and used to go to the Rolling Oaks Mall store. Through the years DH got me the whole Four Seasons set - ring, necklace, and earrings (he had them made into drop earrings for me.)

DD's birthday is right after Halloween. When she was 4 one of her friends gave her the James Avery pumpkin charm. That started her charm bracelet. We kept it up until she graduated from college. She doesn't wear it any longer; she did once in a while when she was a teenager.

When we were down in 2019 we visited one of the newer stores. It wasn't the same.

I still love their pieces. My favorite thick black leather necklace came from them when we lived there. They no longer make it. I wear it all the time. Many pendants and enhancers have hung on it!  Smiley Happy

James Avery, the jewelry designer, lived between Kerrville and Fredericksburg, Texas. His home and the grounds were beautiful. I believe this photo was taken there.
