JTV anyone?

Been watching JTV for awhile, but have never ordered anything for myself. Was wondering how you all like their products and service? One thing I don't like, is they do not grade their diamonds for color and clarity. So, for me, it is hard to assess what is a good value. I've been eyeing some of their blue and white diamond rings, but am hesitant to take the plunge.
