JR items were delivered in empty boxes!!

I'm so very disappointed!! I ordered the JR steel subdial watch and the 8" limited edition curb bracelet! Cust Svc was very nice when I alerted them about this issue and aren't billing me. They said the items are sent directly from JR and the items are now sold out. I'm shocked that this could happen. I can get over the watch since I have one of hers already but I'm crestfallen about that bracelet! I imagined wearing it all the time. Has this ever happened to anyone else ? Does anyone have this bracelet and want to give it a new home? Smiley Happy
