JR TSV Watch Need Help Please

Hi all! I apologize if this "issue" has already been addressed. I received my TSV watch in silver tone about three weeks ago. This was my first JR watch purchase. I absolutely love it. However, I am having issues with it coming open. It's like the "buttons tend to get mashed" and it pops open. It is not tight on me at all. I can just band my hand or not and there it goes. Has Anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if I should reorder. Maybe I just got a defective one. Thanks so much in advance for your help!
