Yesterday I recieved 4 necklaces, 2 as is, JR's came in perfect ondition, 2 regular, broken horribly. I'v been buying Joan's jewelry and clothing ever since she's been on. She packages her item really well. The broken ones, were not new, they had been sent back by somebody, because the paper she wraps each in was torn and crinkled, I wasn't the first person getting this, Also the one didn't even have the place where I could explain why I was sending it back. One was $90.00, one $50.00 , This to me is unexceptable. They are out in the mail now, hope fully not to be thrown in a bag and sent off to someone else. I didn't reorder because I'd probably get them back. I buy a lot from the Q, but getting very bored with their programing, how many shoes and boots can we wear, also how much makeup do we need. Buyer beware.
