JCPenney is launching a new idea. They have stores within stores already and they are doing a new jewlery store within the store on April 28 (online April 18). Bijoux Bars. It will have designer pieces that will be designed specifically for JCP. As far as I can tell, it looks like fashion jewelry. Kenneth Jay Lane is one of the designers.
