Since the ''Ask a Question'' function isn't working for this item I thought I would ask here. I got this the other day and it seems to me that it's broken but I'm not sure if it really is.  The large circles are positioned by small beads on the chain.  Some of the beads

move around and this shifts the larger circles around on the chain.  They reposition themselves because the small beads slide around. Is this a normal function or is it broken and the large circles should be permanently fixed and not move around?

Don't own, but sounds like it is broken to me.  The small beads look like crimp beads that should hold the circle bead into place.  I would call CS or return as defective.
