J325142 JR Onyx Initial Cuff

Just received mine in X-small and it falls down onto middle of my hand. No way in heaven is this Xsmall. I have a small cuff and it fits me smaller than this Xsmall. I also noticed a sticker placed over another sticker and it says "OPENRTPPA" ret Jka.

Is this what indicates a return?

Was wondering if anyone owns the Xsmall if they could let me know how it measures in inches from side to side. I measure from the inside at 2 1/2 inches. My other small JR cuff measures 2.

This has got to be a mistake. I would say a 2 1/2 is an average. It was probably marked incorrectly.

@Pitzel, thank you. I thought so too. However, Xsmall is now gone in my initial I wonder if I should try for a small????

thanks for mentioning this cuff. i have never seen it before, but am definitely interested now. would love to have three......my three initials. do you all usually order the letter of your first name? hope you are able to get one that fits you properly. i am usually an average in her cuffs so i guess that is what i will order.

@sunshine45 i really, really wanted this bracelet. The onyx initial piece is beautiful. I have two other cuffs of hers. One is quite large in width and i have not worn it in years because it's heavy. I am very thin and have a tiny wrist I don't know what I was thinking. The other one is very thin and dainty and I absolutely love it. It's a great price too.

So in followup I called CS about the size and the issue that I believe they sent me the incorrect size. She told me that the reviews state it runs large. There were 11 reviews and not one said that. Now the ex-small is no longer available. I asked her if maybe I should get the small since I already have a small and it fit pretty good. She said I would just have to order another and wait for it to arrive.

Hi @Karnerblue, I wanted to let you know that the onyx initial cuff is true to size. You may have received an incorrect size. I received my xsmall in this cuff today and it fits my 5-1/2 inch wrist like a glove. No turning/ flipping. I used to get the small in JR cuffs but since the introduction of the xsmall, I have been getting those in items that have it. It may help if you call CS again and hopefully you get to talk to someone helpful to remedy your situation.
