Yes, I am new at this. So sorry. The enhancer is the one that Kath posted with the picture of the enhancer with the brass insert along with the other 3 inserts--mother of pearl, the purple stone, and of course the SB insert.

Hey JKRA, so glad you are back. I REALLY think that you will get this SB insert. Keep the faith. In fact, your item J291330, that yesterday said was sold out and no longer available, now TODAY says "cannot be ordered online, but CAN be ordered by calling QVC." Soooo, there definitely is hope. I think you were just being notified that your insert would not ship on the day they had originally promised. I do think you will receive it. I sure hope so, it is lovely. I've been very tempted over these many months to order this enhancer and the four inserts myself. Hang in there and good luck. We will all be rooting for you. Oh, and a very happy 45 MORE years to you and your husband!

Thank you Pupwhipped. I just called QVC to inquire about ""can be ordered by calling QVC"". They will be shipping it and I should receive it around the 18th. Thanks so much for all the support! I can hardly wait to receive it. The other inserts are just beautiful and I think you would really love them too!

That is great news, JKRA! I hope you really like the SB insert when it arrives. One thing though, did you make sure they knew you only needed the SB insert...that you already had all the other ones? Wouldn't want another insert showing up three months from now. Ha!

And yes, I am still temped to order. But I have so much Carolyn Pollack jewelry I could open my own store.

Unfortunately, QVC has been doing this for years. Case in point, I have been using Wen since he came to QVC. I bought his first auto delivery and twice I recieved a letter telling me they just could not get enough stock to fulfill auto delivery. I stopped using Wen for awhile and switched over to Sally's dupe. I switched back to Wen a year later and the auto delivery worked better.
