I am calling CS right now to see if I can get a price adjustment. This is $173 off from what I paid. Hopefully they can do something....this is quite the difference in price.

With only a 30 window to adjust normally, they would have to been in a good mood to negotiate but one can try.

Guess this is a lesson learned. Better to wait to order new items.

Q said NO which is what I expected. Not even in good faith was even a counter offer proposed. Their suggestion was return what I have and reorder now. Much running around when all could have been taken care of with a simple credit of some kind.

They certainly do play hard ball now which again I can appreciate being in business but there does come a time when flexible customer relations goes a long way.

smarty: You are right! I have just changed my mind. My necklace goes back today! It was literally within a few dollars the last ez payment that is the price difference now and I asked to be credited. I will send it back today and pick it up at the reduced price later on.

I have recently ordered from the JR2 collection a pair of green chalcedony earrings so will wait for those to satisfy my craving for this green stone.
