J262094 Round Textured Bangle Set Sizing ?

Received a set of these after being on waitlist. Ordered Average. One bangle is definitely smaller as I cannot even get it over my hand. I have read the reviews and it seems the set runs small, but does anyone know if one bangle runs smaller? On my set, the one with less rope texture is smaller....I can't figure out if I should reorder the Average set on the chance that this set is two different sizes, if I should order up (but the other one fits just right) or if I should just return both and forget it...Frustrated and tired of sizing issues, if you know what I meanSmiley Wink
