J155475 Doorknocker earrings

Hi Ladies- I've had the bracelet-necklace set that these match for a couple months, wear it all the time, and love it. I " need" these earrings to wear with the set, but I can't wear post-and-back earrings at all. Is there any way I could change these, all by myself, to put a better back on it fo me? I can't tell from the picture so I'm hoping one of the Sisters who owns them will respond. TIA !
