Quite frankly, I'm sick to death of Judith Ripka and don't watch or buy anymore and should I want anything of hers I can get it at Sam's and not pay shipping!

I wish RLM would bring in the jewelry he sells at Neiman's. It is the same price point as Ripka's on QVC. It is also 14Kt clad or sterling etc. I hated his Andy Warhol designs.

I like Judith's style. I have a couple of pieces from when she first came to QVC and a necklace from Bloomingdale's my Mom bought me for Christmas. Now I see her jewelry every time I go to TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack. I love the idea of the TSV, but the execution does not seem high-end to me on the TV. It looks clunky. I also think the color of the clad is odd. I mean no disrespect - to each their own. But perhaps "designer" pieces are not meant to be widely mass produced.

I agree. I couldn't believe they eliminated David's noon show for this.

I really don't care for spending a lot of $$ on her jewelry. I like to wear the two-tone look and her jewelry with the 14K gold clad looks cheap. If the jewelry looked better and the price was lower then I might consider buying. I will just stick with the others that offer sterling with the real 14K gold accents. Have gotten several that look nice and for far less $$. JMO

JR prices are high, it isn't easy or cheap to mine for diamonique..sorry couldn't resist! Why wouldn't the good designers be dropping like flies, this network seems to make the host the stars when the designers should be the stars...JMO

What a great analogy. I have given up on James Patterson.....perhaps I should do the same with Ripka but there are always a few things that I am attracted to and I try to purchase on clearance. I no longer can afford the regular prices

Variety is no longer a factor with QVC. Instead they beat us over the head with repetition of the same brands. At what point does saturation become a factor, or haven't they thought that far ahead...? If they haven't they need to, because I'd had enough of Ripka after about an hour and a half. To add insult to injury, that TSV is just so uninteresting, and I'm not even 'going there' about the pricing for this stuff. Here's another clue, Q, if you're going to inundate your audience with the same handful of sterling designers, they need to at least offer a preponderance of new pieces and not the same things they've been showing for the last several 'events'.

This seems to be a pattern for quite some time now.
