Orders made on 2/25/22 from the JAI shows still haven't shipped.  Worried I won't get what I ordered, as some have now sold out.  Hoping I get my orders.  Has anyone else seen this with the Jai shows on Feb. 25th?

@mia 2   There's a possibility the items are shipping without the order information being updated.  This just happened to me with a Susan Graver top I ordered.  There was no updated shipping information on the order & the package was delivered to my door anyway.  A nice surprise!

Somebody needs to build a fire under the staff at the Butner, SC warehouse.  That's where my jewelry seems to ship from and they're terribly slow.

I've been waiting since 2/21 for an American West pendant to ship. Still sitting there today.

Thanks Nova and Kachina624. Nova, thanks for your idea.  Really surprised it took longer to ship however they finally shipped yesterday and last night. So, I did get my items.  Kachina624  I hope your American West pendant ships very soon!

I ordered a pair of earrings and got an email today that yay, they’ve shipped. They also arrived today. Early this morning, in process. Later in the morning, shipped 3/1. About the time I got the email there was tracking info that said it shipped Friday. What the heck!?!!
