Like quite a few contributors in this forum, I have been a long time customer of QVC (CVN). I couldn't tell you how many items or the dollar amount I've spent over the years, but I've been a pretty loyal customer. Over the last year and a half, at least, the quality has diminished and the prices and cost of shipping has risen. It is expected that there will be increases in the costs of everything, but, there should be some balance. I only purchase a few things here, and they are Ripka, Wen, Philosophy, and Honora. Most every piece of JR now is a return, can't tell you the last time I received anything that was in original packaging, clean, non-used, undamaged etc. Same thing with Honora. Wen, new, but will never preorder because someone went slap happy with my order and charged me 3x for an item. Mind you, it wasn't even available for shipping. That took me over a week to fix. Philosophy, I have my favorites, but notice the scents don't have lasting power. A couple of times, my containers exploded in shipment, needless to say, clean up in aisle 4. I couldn't tell you how many JR pieces I have; I purchase for myself, children, grandchildren, I look at the items and think of who may enjoy them and I go from there. My disappointment and frustration comes from the condition of the items I have been receiving and I plan on taking a break. I have tried CS, corporate CS, which is different from the main #, I've tried corporate directly, the presidents office and I don't see any improvement. I've received about 7 items this week alone and out of the 7 items only 1 was non-used new. All others returns. While I realize this occurs no matter where you shop, the least that could be done is to inspect the returns, clean them up, repackage if all is ok, and put them back in stock. What is not acceptable is sending the items back out in an less than pristine condition. Work with us a little here. Offer us something except the usual, "send it back, write out the problem", blah, blah, blah. So, I thank you all for listening, and wish all a very healthy, and wonderful 2014. Put
