I just read the description of the watch Lisa is showing. If I'm correct, the only thing that's gold is the bezel around the face of the watch. The face of the watch goldtone, the 'piano' markers goldtone, the hour and minute markers goldtone, the hour, minute and second hands.....goldtone! The crown is goldtone, too.

I have an 18K gold watch w/a leather strap. I had no idea how little that is gold (I guess). When I got the band changed, I asked for the old clasp back....why??? I don't think it's gold!

I do have an all gold Vicenze (the panther link wrist band is gold), but I'm guessing much of the 'face/watch/clock' parts .....ain't.

So they want over $500 for a gold bezeled watch??
