Interested in Tiffany concave cuff, need size advice

There are a ton of these coming up on Ebay, and I've always been intrigued by them. I'm talking about the concave cuff that says Tiffany 1837 and 925 right on the front surface. My wrist measures 7" and I wear an average or 7 1/4" from QVC. Will I be able to bend this out slightly, or is the metal too thick? There is also a two tone one, which I've never seen before. Anyone know what that treatment might be? Its hard to believe Tiffany might use plating.
