I'm so disapppointed.......

I just received my white Melania (Trump) watch & decided to wear it out today. It had 100% great reviews on it and it looked like a nice summertime piece.

Low & behold I took the stem out (plastic thingy) and set it and off I went. I looked about 1/2 hour later and no dice no working. I just emailed Customer Service as to what they want me to do as I may be charged with shipping the defective watch back and I shouldn't need to.
