Yesterday morning the order status on my ginger monaco was "in progress" and I had received an e-mail with estimated delivery date. Later in the day the status was changed to "backorder". This morning it was listed as "in progress" and for the second time it showed that the label was printed, etc. An hour ago the status was changed to "backorder" again. It also says that I may not edit or make any changes at this time. Customer service is no help in explaining this. All they do is read off the computer screen and confirm that their screen says the same as mine.
I guess there is nothing to do but just wait. In the meantime I am enjoying all the posts and pictures of the lucky ladies who are thrilled with their purchases. And for all of those who are disappointed , received defective items or are still waiting like me-----I feel your pain!
