I Received An Email From Brian Ripka

I received an email from Brian Ripka in response to my email to him of today regarding QVC's sending out defective merchandise in substandard packaging and the continuing problems with the charm bracelet. He said he copied his SVP on the email and that they will speak with the QVC team ASAP.
