Where is David Markstein?  For a while it seemed that he was always on when gold was presented.

Yes.....i do miss Michael he made the shows so much more interesting and informative.  Peyton seems nice also thought.    Not missing David so much...

I don't anyone think anyone misses David.  He was the responsible for Bronzo/silicone/resin invasion.

i don't think he's gone because I see blogs from him on occasion. I thought I heard Jane reference him on a jewelry show and post a picture of him on facebook.  I think he and Peyton have a ton of information to share but I think that Peyton seems to be a bit more ccomfortable on air. Maybe David is just exhausted from traveling, etc. Who knows.

I'm a gold girl and I don't like any of the resin filled, silicone filled or bronzo stuff. I don't like clad or plated, etc. On the other hand, if it is gold then I want it to have a decent post, lobster clasp  or band width on the item. These $800 price tags for dental floss are crazy.
