How to get those "not available" items

Regarding J147730, Tacori IV Diamonique Epiphany Oval Simulated Gemstone Necklace, It seems like this is a common question, but just wondering how to get this necklace! Its sold out, not available, and according to customer service, discontinued, with a very small chance of ever being available again. I was hoping QVC would bring it back since its still shown as part of an ensemble, and the web listing us still up. However, the customer service guy said it would probably be taken down soon. Soo... anyone have any ideas, know if it will be back, have an old one you want to sell? I'm not a big jewelry buyer, but am a huge fan if this necklace. Looks like it could be worn for nicer occasions and every day, and just so pretty. Probably just talked anyone out of selling it! Thanks for any thoughts or help all!
