How to best handle - Please advise

I could use some advice. I have lots of Ripka cuffs fortunately and my favorite is the Rhodolite Heart Cuff #J268439. I wore it to work yesterday and driving home, I was admiring my wrist and thinking - how lovely - UNTIL something caught my eye and that's when I noticed one of the diamonique stones was missing. I've never in 12 years of buying her jewelry had this happen. I don't personally have a relationship with any area jewelers. So, I'm heartsick about this and wonder what I need to do to get it replaced. Can any of you advise me on what you've done in the past please and thanks. Deb
