How many charms........

I love the new charm enhancer and the price point good. I have NO charms to put on it. Any guesses as to how many I should start with so it looks right and which ones are your favorites? I have no idea where to start. I also wonder about the TSV and can't make up my mind. I love the fact you can change the drop but not sure the enhancers I have will look good with the turquoise. I guess I can see both pieces adding up real quick. Any suggestions from the CP experts? This and Dawkins are my only two QVC vices. You know the inventory snd are much better than I am at this. Thanks!
