How long before JR collections go to the outlets?

The Windsor collection is new this year and already has hit the outlets in some form or another.

How long does it typically take for new pieces to go outlet? This seemed fast but I am just starting my outlet shopping. Some pieces according to the info given in the pics sent, have been in the line a long time...years in fact.

Anyone have a grip on the scheduling in this? Thanks!
