Re: How Yellow is the Veronese Line?

I know for a fact it varies as my stepmother likes it and I've bought her a number of pieces. Only one piece is what I'd consider yellow. Most of the others are brassier in color. Over the years a few have tarnished terribly.

It is my experience that "real" gold varies by manufacturer. To my eyes I thought Veronese looked more like 10K or 14K from Turkey than 18K from Italy.

I do not know if it is still true, but the packaging was beautiful.

Re: How Yellow is the Veronese Line?

I just received my black spinel ring and pendant yesterday in Veronese (a first from Q as far as quick shipping) and I think the gold color is very rich looking. Like Turkish gold, as Lulu said.

Many of the Veronese brushed gold (satin finish) pieces cast a less yellow hue. I find the pieces well made and pretty.
