My dilemma! Some of you may remember my earlier post on this. I originally ordered the raspberry Flora ring on JR's last visit. When I got package I received the JR stack rings instead. I spoke to a nice CS person and she had a Flora ring shipped out ASAP to me!
On the day she shipped my Flora to me was the day I shipped the stack rings to QVC 9/16! Today it is 10/05! About three weeks have gone by and I am being charged for two Flora rings!! Nothing has been posted to my account for a return of the three stack rings??
How long does one have to wait for a refund? Now I am getting worried! Unfortunately I didn't write down the tracking #, but used the return label that came with the original package.
Does anyone have any advice?
