Ordered 3 for Christmas gifts...no pouches in any of them. As a gift, I really want them to receive the pouches so they can store them or use when traveling.

Called CS and they put in a request to send them to me.

I received a reply yesterday from cs. It says they will check the warehouse to see if they have any in stock. I think Honora should send the pouches directly to the customers via qvc at their expense.
