Here we go with QC again

Had to send back J158910 14k gold clad pink diamonique cuff as one of my stones had fallen out. Just received my replacement cuff today and took it out of its plastic bag to try on and lo and behold I look down and stone is falling out of the replacement! Don't know if it is the same bracelet I sent back and they didn't set the stone properly or this is a new one with the same problem. Not a happy camper. kiwi
