Help with ring size choice

I wear a 6.5 ring. I usually order a 7, but they are huge and seem more like a 7.5 Does anyone know if QVC rings fit a size range. For example, will a QVC "6" fit from a 6-6.5? Thanks for any input. ----Lexibakes
