I hope someone can help. 2 years ago I gave my granddaughter a Judith Ripka tanzanite ring with diamond accents. It is my grands favorite
she is crying because one little diamond fell out. Strange enough, it shows! It is the size of a speck of dust, but boy it is noticable. It is tiny. What can I do? Does Judith Ripka repair jewelry? Is there an number for company? I have no idea what to do...this is a grandma emergency. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!!!!

Take it to a local jeweler they can fix it. I had it happen with a ring and the replacement was imperceptible. It was inexpensive too.

We dont have any jewelers in town. There is a Kay's and a Whitehall in the mall 40 miles away. I wonder if they do it? It is one of those tiny accent diamonds. Discription said all 8 weighed .20 carrots if that gives anyone an idea of size. I wonder how much it would cost?

if it is diamonique you should be able to get it replaced for free, i believe......excluding shipping fees.
i would definitely contact qvc customer service for an address and/or phone number.

I am going to call customer service tomorrow or thursday. I may not get back in time to want to deal with tomorrow. Actually today I searched judith ripka repairs, and it went to a site of hers. On it it said for qvc customers to call a certain number, for all other purchase places they had another number.
i do love her jewelry. I have given emerald rings to my may baby twins on their 50th. I have goven my granddaughters each a ring on their special bday. They love them! They are all small rings, but wonderful for everyday wear and work.. This is the only one I had a problem with.

Yes, if you look up her jewelry on here you'll see that see that she does sell some pieces with diamonds. They are not cheap!
Shoekitty, I'm so sorry this happened to your grand daughters ring. Call that number and I bet they'll take care of the ring. They may charge something or they might fix it for free.
I would not recommend taking it to a mall jewelry store.
Let us know how things turn out.
I was just cleaning my diamonds hoops the other day and a diamond fell out. My husband took the pipe off under the sink but no luck. We've dealt with a private jeweler for more than 25 years so that's where we'll take it to have the diamond replaced. It's really upsetting when something like this happens to a special piece. My husband bought my earrings for me. So I do understand how upset your grand daughter feels.
