Help identifying jewelry marked 925 with an R

I recently purchased a large collection of sterling jewelry from the estate of a lady, who bought tons of jewelry from QVC. Many lovely pieces are stamped 925, with what looks like a stylized R. Any idea as to which designer this might be? TIA
