I purchased a Heidi Daus ring quite a few years ago and as anyone who likes her jewelry knows her jewelry is covered with Swarovski crystals. One of the stones fell out and I remembered that her company gives a lifetime guarantee.
I went on Heidi's website and sent a note to customer service. They told me where to send the ring. Mind you, I had no receipt or anything. I sent the ring and within 3 weeks they returned the ring in perfect condition...no charge.
Now that is what I call awesome customer service.
