I just got the heart TSV and the shiny silver half is all scratched up. I am very disappointed. 
My question is, has anyone else gotten one that is scratched up? I am wondering if it is the mold or if I got a return before I exchange. How can you tell if a returned item was sent to you? I know they say they don't send out returns but we all know they do. Sometimes it is very obvious, but this time I am not sure. TIA!
