Have You Noticed........

When you go to your "Order Status" and punch in "Return Orders" and "Search". It will show all your returns , and what you paid for them, and in the "Status" area it will say "Returned". But in the "Total Refund" area in will say " $0.00" ! {#emotions_dlg.scared} This has never happened to me, I always see an amount right away.Is this happening to the rest of you? {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
