Many years ago, I purchased from Q, a set of small silver hoops that came with 5 pr. of tiny gem stone charms. I'd love Q to do that again in an updated look. 

I've seen their Diamonique sets, but all the charms are Diamonique, just different shapes.

I have a set of SS hoops with different color round gems along with some SS balls.  They can be threaded onto the hoops and mixed and matched.  I love them and still wear them.  I bought them a long, long time ago from QVC.

I agree!  I would like different styles, too - gold and rose gold as well as silver with some pretty dangles

I too loved this concept and own 3 different type pairs like this from QVC.

One pair from Judith Ripka, small huggie with signature oxidized lines on the hoop, with small chandelier style foward facing double hoop with onyx beads hanging. Perfect size, not as gaudy as it sounds..I wear them from time to time, dressed up or sporty, with a JR black onyx ring they go with nicely.

Another pair were from Anne King...remember her! She always had lovely things. Hers are a simple, very small, close to the ear, ss shiny huggie..that also has a quilted faceted triangle shaped crystal and a flower design in ss & 14kg holding it. Small dangle.

And last was a "no brand" small silver round hoop with a petite, round, reversible charm...basel set white mother of pearl on one side, black onyx on the other.

I've had all 3 for years and still wear them all from time to time. Very versitile. Sometimes with charms, sometimes when I just want a little close-to-the-ear huggie, without. All 3 hoops are very different looks as well...oxidized design, shiny silver close to the ear modern, a little elongated, and one simple round petite hoop.

You can buy all the earring charms you might want or need in all shapes and colors on eBay.  I have about 1 1/2 doz pairs.  In addition to the hoop, you can wear them with a stud.

Nordstrom.carries a line called Nashelle which has charm multicolor choice of gemstones in yellow or rose gold.  They sell them as necklace charms but they are perfect on hoop earrings and only 15$ per charm.
