HSN Processing order time?

Girls, who shops at HSN frequntly - can you tell what is their usual processing order time is ? I did not buy from them in years, but couple of days ago I ordered something . It had been over 48 hours and item still not shipped. Is it normal?

CS says it's OK.. but I thought they used to ship stuff faster..
