The HONORA sale and clearance prices are not a customer perk. It's leftover merchandise that didn't sell at the regular price. That raises flags for me. Before any purchase, I check reviews and usually they aren't great.

@ShanusYou've pretty much summed up what I'm finding with sales lots of places.  If I wasn't at least tempted at the full price, I don't even look at things on the sale racks. 

 

I live literally minutes from a large mall and I used to browse frequently and buy frequently whether at Macys or Nordstrom or Chico's or Saks.  Then in 2015 as I was working on reining in my QVC spending, I also realized one day that I also wasn't mall shopping.

 

I just went through my last long credit statement - of the 15 items, only one was something I might have found at QVC -  but it was something I wanted that day and even paying tax and full price didn't cost $15.  All the rest?  Gas, groceries, and a whopping plumber's bill. I just say thank heavens I don't feel a need for other things right now.
