HELP Ripkanistas: need your input ASAP... !!!

Sorry, I've been off the board...have been dealing with health issues/doc appointments and advising others with immune challenges which TG ended up being benign and not cancerous.

Anyway, will be talking on the phone in a couple hours to Judith's Exec Vice President about a defective JRQ item I gave to them to study and would like to add any questions/concerns the Ripkanistas might have to our conversation...

PS~This is separate from a detailed email I'll be passing forward in about a week with suggestions from everyone.
